You get the doors at 10 in the morning and fourteen hours of event time. Your name goes up on the marquee. Bring the caterer you want. Sit down with Tina at the end of your tour and leave with a written quote in your hand, not a follow-up email three days later.

Both are yours privately for the whole day. The difference is size and setting: a grand street-level ballroom, or an intimate loft that opens onto the rooftop.
The Ballroom
The big room. The whole guest list, everyone at one party, under an 1895 pressed tin ceiling and crystal chandeliers, with the Alley Patio just off the side for cocktail hour.

The same rate for either venue.
Setup access starts at 10:00 AM, with fourteen hours of event time and access to the getting-ready suites.
Extra hours are available before and after. Monday through Thursday rates available on request.
Booking both venues together is simply the two rental fees combined, so a single wedding can flow between the Ballroom and the Rooftop Loft across the day.
The Ballroom.
Look up and the ceiling is the one that was pressed in 1895. Crystal chandeliers hang over exposed brick, and the bar along the wall was built by hand from wood pulled out of this building. Four hundred and thirty people fit in here without it ever feeling like a hall. When the room gets warm, the door opens onto the Alley Patio, string lights overhead and room to spill outside.
You'll find:
- Seating for up to 430 in wood Chiavari chairs
- Original 1895 pressed tin ceiling and crystal chandeliers
- Exposed brick and a handcrafted bar from reclaimed onsite wood
- The Alley Patio, 1,000 sq ft of private outdoor space, a popular spot for cocktail hour, attached to the room and yours until 10 PM
- A lighted marquee with your names on it
The Rooftop Loft.
Its own entrance off the street, so the day belongs to you from the moment you walk in. You get ready upstairs in two furnished suites, say your vows in the brick-lined atrium below, then end the night outside on 1,700 square feet of open rooftop with Faribault laid out around you.
You'll find:
- Room for up to 150 guests, with 150 wood Chiavari chairs
- A private street entrance and its own handcrafted bar
- Two fully furnished getting-ready suites
- A brick-lined atrium for ceremonies or cocktail hour
- The Rooftop Patio, 1,700 sq ft of open air over the skyline, a favorite for ceremonies and cocktail hour, yours until 10 PM

Both spaces have their own bridal suite and their own grooms suite, and you have them from the moment the doors open. Nobody is waiting on a room to free up. Nobody is doing hair in a hallway. The morning has somewhere to happen.
You'll find:
- Ballroom bridal suite, well lit, with multiple makeup mirrors, a private bathroom, and a private changing area
- Ballroom grooms suite, with vintage arcade games and shuffleboard
- Loft bridal suite, large and private, with catered drink packages you can ask about
- Loft grooms suite, with foosball, a TV, and room to spread out
- Access all day, not just the hour before the ceremony
