Downtown Faribault

The building has been standing here since 1895. Very little of it needed changing.

The pressed tin ceiling above the Ballroom is the original. So is the brick. The bar was built by hand from wood pulled out of this building during the restoration, and the chandeliers hang where they have always hung. What you walk into is not a room styled to look old. It is the actual thing, kept.

There are two spaces here and they work independently. The Ballroom seats 430 at street level. The Rooftop Loft holds 150 upstairs with its own entrance, its own bar, two getting-ready suites, and a 1,700 square foot open-air patio over the Faribault skyline. Book one, or book both and let a single wedding move between them across the day.

The Ballroom
Street level, seating up to 430 for a ceremony or reception. Original 1895 pressed tin overhead, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick, and a handcrafted bar built from reclaimed onsite wood.

The Rooftop Loft
Upper level, up to 150 guests, with its own street entrance and its own handcrafted bar. Fully independent from the Ballroom below.

The Rooftop Patio
1,700 square feet of open air over the Faribault skyline, attached to the Rooftop Loft. Ceremony, cocktail hour, or the part of the evening where everyone ends up outside. Yours until 10 PM.

The Atrium
Brick-lined and at street level, for ceremonies or cocktail hour when you are using the Loft upstairs.

Two Getting-Ready Suites
Fully furnished, private, and yours for the entire day. Not just the hour before the ceremony.

The Alley Patio
A private 1,000 square foot outdoor space off the Ballroom, brick on both sides and string lights overhead. Yours until 10 PM.

Straight numbers

Peak season Saturdays are $5,000. Either space, same rate.

Fridays and Sundays are $4,000 from April through November. December through March, Saturdays drop to $4,500 and Fridays and Sundays to $3,500. That covers the room, round tables and wood Chiavari chairs, a bartender, a day-of onsite event contact, LED downlighting, setup, teardown, cleaning, and parking.

Dates go before couples are ready.

The Ballroom and the Loft fill on separate calendars, so a date open in one may already be taken in the other. If you have a weekend in mind, it is worth asking before you get attached to it.

Private viewings run about 45 minutes to an hour and cover both spaces.
